true! To our surprise, he's a-comin'! It isn't Yuka or his rock band,
This,
or any jazz quartet or quintet he's a part of. Instead, the
evening's "festivities" will consist of some jamming
to a
mix of jazz and rock. He and the band may cover some material by the John
Mayer Trio too (eh, CHICO?). So again, I implore you: come and
support Chino and you'll have a good time!

| "Yu--" should've seen Yuka play!
What a night.
I basically agree with everything Chico N. last
blogged about (for those of you subscribed to him). Yuka's
amazing! The night of Yuka's CD release was a success! With the
distribution of CD's and the floor nearly packed to capacity and with
some autograph signing (haha!), the event really felt like a
concert. It was great. If I were to omit the little added
things that factored into the night's success (e.g. the great turnout),
what blew me away was the performance itself and each man's
talent. Yeah, I've seen 'em live before but I dunno, Chino D. and his bandmates seemed to deliver more this time! Can't quite explain how superb they were. All I can say is you should've been there! So come next time.
